Diesel Engine Portable Sawmill Operating Procedures At Work

1. It is strictly forbidden to use the diesel engine portable sawmill with super performance.

2. It is forbidden to place items on the sports surface and paint surface of the diesel portable sawmill.

3. The wood must be placed horizontally, and the clamping must be firm and reliable, and kept in the center of the guide rolling bearings on both sides.

4. After the band saw machine is started, turn on the lift cylinder handle, so that the saw blade slowly descends to contact the workpiece, and then adjust to the appropriate feed cutting speed.

5. When cutting wood, the feed rate should be appropriately reduced.

6. In normal work, it is strictly forbidden to increase the cutting feed.

7. The saw blade joint must be stable, firm and reliable.

8. It is strictly forbidden to use blunt, missing teeth or cracked band saw blades for cutting.

9. When replacing the band saw blade, it must be done after stopping the machine.

10. It is forbidden to knock and adjust the workpiece on the work surface.

11. During the operation of the diesel engine portable sawmill, the operator is not allowed to leave the work post or trust someone to take care of it.

12. If any abnormal phenomenon occurs in the operation of the diesel engine portable sawmill , it should be stopped immediately, the cause should be found out, and it should be dealt with in time.
