Electrical safety operation of woodworking band saw

1. Check that the electrical distribution box of the band saw machine is free of sawdust accumulation, the electrical grounding is good, and the door of the electrical box is closed firmly.

2. Check that the wiring of the motor and power control switch is not damaged, and that the shell of the electrical parts is free of wood chips.

3. If there is a circuit fault, it must be eliminated by a qualified electrician.

4. Mechanical and electrical equipment must be sensitive and reliable, and it is strictly prohibited to make use of it.

5. The electrical switch should be turned on as soon as it is used and turned off immediately when it is not used. In case of power failure during work, all switches should be turned off to prevent the saw machine from rotating automatically after the power supply is restored, causing accidents.
