1. The working area of the woodworking band saw machine and the band saw machine tool should be regularly cleaned to maintain cleanliness. Especially the resin sawdust on the band saw blade and saw wheel should be removed thoroughly.
2. The friction parts such as bearings, gear screws, and slides on the band saw machine should be lubricated regularly.
3. When the band saw machine is working, pay attention to whether the rolling bearings of the upper and lower saw wheels are abnormal, and their temperature should not exceed 60 ℃.
4. Regularly check and calibrate all components of the band saw machine. Check whether the upper and lower saw wheels are in a vertical plane using a hanging wire method. If there is any distortion, it is advisable to adjust the upper wheel. If the difference is too large, the lower wheel can also be adjusted. After working on the upper and lower wheels for a period of time, there will always be some wear and tear. If you regularly check whether the upper wheel lifting system is flexible and reliable; Whether the saw card lifting device can slide up and down freely; Is the automatic tensioning device flexible and effective. Whether there is any damage to each component; Check for any looseness in the connecting parts. If abnormal phenomena are found, they should be promptly resolved. Or scrub, refuel, repair, calibrate, or even replace to ensure the safe and normal operation of the band saw machine.
