How To Reduce Noise From Vertical Band Saw Machine

(1) Spray a layer of elastic damping material on the side surface of the saw wheel of the woodworking vertical band sawmill machine, the vibration of the rim and the web is attenuated, and the noise can be suppressed by 5 ~ 6d B(A);

(2) Process the exhaust groove on the saw wheel to reduce the exhaust speed, and the shape, depth and area of the exhaust groove affect the noise;

(3) A small hole resonator is installed at the air inlet and outlet of the upper saw wheel of the band saw machine. The size of the hole corresponds to the air vibration wave. With the help of resonance sound absorption, the sound energy is consumed and the low frequency noise is reduced by 2 ~ 3d B(A).
