Maintenance of Vertical Band Sawmill With Log Carriage

How should vertical band sawmill with log carriage be maintained and maintained daily? Please note the following requirements

1. We need to clean the inside and outside of the vertical band sawmill with log carriage.

2. Check whether the electrical switches and lines of vertical band sawmill with log carriage.

3. Check whether the motor of sawmill log carriage has vibration and abnormal noise, and whether it is normal.

4. Check whether the band saw blade is installed, whether it runs smoothly, and whether there are cracks.

5. The guide rail of the log carriage, the screw is refueled once per shift.
