1. The band saw blade of the new band saw machine should have appropriate tension. These are the key to future work.
2. Check the guide wall of the band saw machine and the verticality of the dial gauge. When pressing the bearing of the band saw machine, check for any grooves (alloy blocks are pressed down) and whether the guide bearing is functioning.
3. Check the band saw wheel. Loosen the band saw blade and shake the wheel by hand to see if the band saw wheel is shaking. If not used for a long time, please be sure to check if the contact surface of the band saw blade is uneven.
4. Select a suitable band saw blade based on the material and diameter of the object to be sawn.
5. If the band saw blade is damaged, pulled or cut. The damaged area should be found as soon as possible and resolved as soon as possible to minimize losses.
