Safety Regulations of the Automatic Horizontal Sawmill

Automatic horizontal sawmill machine uses a saw as a tool to cut and cut wood through the reciprocating motion of the band saw blade or the rotating motion of the circular saw. Common saw machines include band saws and circular saws. Sawing injury accidents mainly include saw cutting injury, saw blade breakage and ejection, and wood blow injury. Sawing injuries are prevented by the use of safety guards and proper handling.

①The thickness of the band saw blade should be compatible with the matching band saw wheel. Avoid using a large thickness saw blade for the small wheel, which will cause fracture and injury.

②The teeth should be sharp, and the depth of the teeth should not exceed 1/4 of the width of the saw blade.

③The welding of the band saw blade should be firm and smooth, with more than 3 joints, the length between the two joints should be more than 1/5 of the total length, and the thickness of the joint should be basically the same as the thickness of the saw blade.

④Strictly control the transverse crack of the band saw blade, and the crack should be cut off and re-welded if the crack is too long.
